Human Capital and Resources Management

Internship, Practicum & Apprenticeship Program

Pagar Hijau Internship are managed and supervised accross TSU divisions to harness potential and provide opportunities for students to apply their academic knowledge and skills to use, through on-the-job training placements. General short term employment period is effective within 8-10 weeks and placement distributed on rolling basis. All assigned apprentice must undergo 40 hours in-house training and safety induction. Limited financial incentives may be available based on project funding.

Position: Executive Director

Based in: Office of Executive, Indonesia

Reports to: Chairman

The role

This position requires a person that has a consistent track record of being able to work in a complex and ever evolving environment, is used to work with a large scope of responsibilities and can set priorities. Ideally has a background in senior leadership roles, stakeholder manager, finance & operation, preferably in financial technology, commercial banking environment with industrial relations and high portfolio volumes.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio and improve key global stakeholder relations focused on merge and acquisition, fundamental financial modelling.
Support division P&L by engaging with critical stakeholders with regard to portfolio resilience, efficiency, category alignment, and executing performance targets.
Draft, negotiate, implement and maintain global agreements with assigned partners.
Prepare and execute negotiations on terms & conditions for assigned transaction.
Advise risk management program with assigned consultants, contractor, service providers.
Ensure that PMP deliverables are met, and deviations/risks are identified, and addressed with DAB category teams
Ensures risk buys are executed by operations purchasing team
Ensure alignment and synergies across company divisions where possible

Education

Master Degree required (preferably in Economics, Mechanics/Electronics/Business/Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management)

Experience

10 years of experience (at least 5 years in the field of purchasing and with innovation NPI process)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Preferably trained in PMP, Project Management, C-Suite
Analytical / systematic, practical approach
Good communication skills (financialreporting, interpersonal)
Excellent English language skills (verbal and in writing)
