This facility focuses on localizing raw material processing, facilitating inter-island trades in FMCG supplies, and enhancing market access for strategic commodities.

Blue Economy Ventures: Investing in seaweed cultivation, sustainable fisheries, and marine-based eco-enterprises to harness the maritime potential of Maluku and Papua.

AgroProducts: Promoting the cultivation and processing of indigenous crops like nutmeg, coffee, coconut, and vanilla.

SAF Fuel Depot and Storage; Manokwari, Bintuni, Jayapura, Merauke.

Renewable Energy Projects: modular off-grid solutions such as mini-hydro and or solar PV systems to provide clean energy to remote communities,

Sorong SEZ: Fishery and marine transportation, shipyard, logistics, agro-industry, mining, integrated material recovery facility.

Supply Chain Optimization: Strengthening Depot-to-Door services to improve the distribution of local products, ensuring efficiencies from production centers to end consumers
